You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm.
We use the following carrier to deliver our orders:
FedEx – small items
Day & Ross – Large orders
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some may not have tracking numbers.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight & dimension of your products as well as your location. Once you have placed your order, you will be contacted with the cost of shipping, and you will have a chance to cancel your order if you choose to.
If an item goes on back order we will ship the order when everything is ready to ship. Unless requested otherwise by you, in which case you will be responsible for the additional shipping and handling for the further shipment(s).
